OCA Automated Interaction (or OCA AI) is a platform for building a chatbot with a drag-and-drop visual. It is suitable for businesses that want to create their own chatbots without having to spend too much effort like a whole developers team, money, or time. To start, we choose this drag-and-drop chabot builder so you can visualize the flow and map the whole chatbot conversation design. The flow is built from left to right so it’s will be more intuitive. You can also zoom in and out, you can also move left, right, up, or down on the canvas.
