OCA Automated Interaction (or OCA AI) is a platform for building a chatbot with a drag-and-drop visual. It is suitable for businesses that want to create their own chatbots without having to spend too much effort like a whole developers team, money, or time. To start, we choose this drag-and-drop chabot builder so you can visualize the flow and map the whole chatbot conversation design. The flow is built from left to right so it’s will be more intuitive.
