Hi, we are OCA Indonesia, a young startup from Telkom. OCA (Omni Communication Assistant) provides omnichannel communication platforms and services.
Since when did Telkom have a startup called OCA Indonesia? OCA was started in 2016. OCA’s journey began with the challenge of making products that positively impact technological developments, and we succeeded—then testing whether OCA’s initial product was beneficial by looking for clients. Of course, we grew.
In 2018, I participated in the startup incubation, Amoeba from Telkom. There, OCA competed with many other startups, from product feasibility tests and market tests to participating in different challenges.
2019 is the first year that OCA is ready to be released into a company that competes in the market. This is where our journey begins as a company.
