All they have to do is request the chatbot and we will make it perfect. The chatbot solution is good the way they are, but there’s room for improvement. As we observe clients’ needs, feedback, and our insight, we found out that chatbot builder is a platform needed to provide a better user experience and freedom in building a chatbot.
We’re excited to share that we’ve just finished the beta version of our first OCA Automated Interaction: Chatbot Visual Builder. We’ve designed its interface as simple as possible to let you build chatbot quicker, easier, and more freely. You can build a simple chatbot to the most complex chatbot flow on a single platform, and you can have all the freedom to control the chatbot-making process.
Not only the visual drag-and-drop style, but our new chatbot builder also comes with various tools that let you create robust chatbot interaction. You can test your chatbot in real-time and connect it to available channels. Get all the freedom to make any chatbot that you want.
This new chatbot builder dashboard is in the beta phase right now. We’re still working on making it more intuitive, feature-rich, and helpful for you. Therefore, your feedback as the user is needed to make it happen. You can become an early adopter and get a chance to try out the new OCA Automated Interaction before everyone else by registering for our early adopting stage. You can help us with identifying bugs, tell us what you like and don’t, suggest new exciting features, share your ideas, and also anything else we could improve to make the new builder work best for you.

- Scope of Agreement
- The user tests the use of the OCA AI Dashboard based on the desired flow chatbot and or can refer to the guidance use case that OCA has prepared.
- Testing is carried out for a maximum of 30 days after the user gains access to the OCA AI dashboard.
- Rewards
- In the case of the early adopter program, the selected user is not charged any fee to be able to access the OCA Interaction and OCA AI dashboards.
- After the user completes a series of testing, all users will get electronic money worth IDR 100,000.
- The OCA team will choose 3 users with the criteria for the best feedback and chatbot to get an additional electronic money prize of IDR 300,000.
- Limited Use Rights
- Users will be given an account to access the Interaction and OCA AI dashboards. 1 user 1 active account.
- Use Restrictions
- Users cannot create more than 3 chatbot projects.
- Users cannot delete chatbot projects that have been created but can modify the flow or chatbot components in it.
- Feedback
- Willing to provide feedback on the feedback form available on the OCA AI dashboard
- Willing to do user interview.
- Termination and Expiration
- After the user completes a series of tests, the account that was previously given will be terminated, and cannot access the OCA AI Beta dashboard again.
- Users
- OCA will select as many as 10 users who meet the criteria that OCA needs to perform Beta Testing.
- A total of 10 selected users will be divided into 3 groups of use case categories; hard, medium, and low.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
- The OCA AI dashboard is still in the refinement stage before it is actually released to the public, so the existing features are still as is. If problems or input are found in the midst of testing, they can be submitted via the feedback form that we have provided on the OCA AI Dashboard.
